MICROSOFT

Quality Project Manager, June 2011 - Mar 2013 (WASHINGTON)
Quality Data Analyst, Oct 2013 - Dec 2013 (DUBAI)

  • Led and designed the Quality ROB for SMSGR team that offers Microsoft trainings around the world to prepare employees on selling-techniques and technology updates.
  • Monitored performance of trainings (Classroom, Virtual, Online), conducted drilled-down data analysis, used KPIs to identify problem areas, root cause analysis on 80+ courses monthly, suggested corrective actions (COEs), and ensured implementation.
  • Created presentations, updated database(s), sumarized insigts for MBRs and QBRs.
Other sub-projects
  • Managed Probation process for courses consistently missing targets and collaborated with stakeholders to ensure corrective actions were taken.  
  • Managed Beta tagging for pilot courses, removed old/ consistently low scoring courses from the systems.
  • Maintained the Data Accuracy initiative to improve accuracy of data entered into the internal databases, assisted in redefining rules to enter data, managed project, collaborated stakeholders to fix inaccurately entered data.

  • Scoped and executed the creation of Microsoft CEO Summit book for 2011 which was attended by 150+ selected CEOs.
  • Designed project plan and digital profile templates, managed database, retrieved personal and company data from various data sources, collaborated with AMs, created tracking system.

  • Edited 115+ VLCM Microsoft licenses in MS internal software, created templates, editted/debugged foreign language licenses.

  • Verified physical locations of 5000+ businesses nationwide to update the Google Map listings.
